Karolya Zim, 'Queen of Winter', is a snow white daughter of Ledi Zepeda and Sierra Bonita's Peruvian Phoenix. From her sire she inherited good luster and fineness. Karolya placed 2nd in the 2010 New Mexico State Fair in the composite class. The judge commented that Karolya has excellent conformation and she moves very smoothly.

Her sire, Sierra Bonita's Peruvian Phoenix is a son of the incomparable MacGyver, who has won Herdsire of the Year numerous times. Phoenix had a great show career as a yearling winning every show he was entered in. He placed 3rd in Get of Sire at 2010 Great Western Alpaca Show, the largest in the country.

Karolya's genetics are superb with MacGyver from her sire and Uribe, Starbuck, and Kachina from her dam.
